1. Selection of sampling tube
Usually when sampling, because the use of the hose is more convenient, many traditional sampling tubes are made of rubber hose, but because the hose has strong adsorption on most of the organic gas and sulfur gas, and the permeability is very strong, so the data obtained by using all kinds of hose sampling are often inaccurate, which will cause great deviation to the analysis data. According to the different properties of the gas, it is recommended to adopt suitable sampling tubes with different materials, such as copper tubes, stainless steel pipes and tetrafluoroethylene pipes.
2. Tightness of sampling tube
If the air tightness of the sampling tube is not good, it will cause the leakage of the sampling gas, which will have great influence on the accuracy of the gas sample data. Therefore, the tightness of the sampling tube must be strictly checked before sampling.
3. Replacement of sample gas
The standard gas must pass through the pressure reducer and the pipeline before sampling. For accurate sampling, the pressure reducer and the pipeline should be fully replaced.
